Its because her hair is so thick and curly that it wouldnt fit in the bold cap so they had to stick her hair down her back. That's why she couldn't move because it was stuck so tightly.

Obviously they did a great job but being pregnant doesn't mean you can only sit in a chair and don't move. You can still go running and do stuff while being pregnant so I asumme for the girls (with all their years of experience) the dancing part was easy.
