10 years into a career with Little Mix is really very magical, like I grew up listening to these women and now I'm an adult and I keep seeing these women grow and form families. I mean I just discovered these highly talented ladies and they go on a hiatus wtf 😭 Also I would very much like to thank Perrie for not accepting the position of lead singer. I saw their entire X Factor journey and the judges at one point really pushed her to be the lead. She was what? 17 or something? The fact that she had the grit and will force to say "NO" to that and continue on being equal in the group speaks volumes. I mean I'm not denying she had the most powerful voice of them but she was so young, the praises could have easily got to her head and she could have tried to take more parts and basically the center stage, I wouldn't even blame her because she was so young. Speaks a lot of her emotional maturity. That kind of inequality could've actually broken them up. I remember my heart stopping when that judge openly said she had a better voice than the rest like damn! 😫

These women know how much all of this means to us and they’ve gifted us the most graceful break ever , I got to say I’m sad there won’t be new music or performances after the tour but I’m gonna take it for what it is, a break. I have abandonment issues tbh so my genuine fear is that they won’t ever come back anytime soon , I find it have to have faith in anything that isn’t set in stone . But I’m going to completely have faith in these women when they said in their statement “we are not splitting up and we have plans for more tours and music and performances for the future” . That was the most telling part of their statement, this genuinely is just a break and the most weak deserved break ever. I’m not even sure these 3 realize how much they need and deserve a break, and they will start to realize it more and more as time goes on how needed it is . I think what we are mourning is that we won’t ever have the little mix so many people fell in love with , when they were together 24/7 and didn’t have time to even think for themselves, and when we get them in the next era of little mix as a musical group again, it won’t be in that same machine they were once running in , it will be with more respect for what’s going on in their personal lives . They’ll have to schedule out a couple months dedicated to working to little mix stuff and the difference between little mix and other groups is that they will always have the desire to come back , and they said it themselves. I’m not the most trusting person ever but I trust what they’ve said. They went out while they were on top and left us wanting more , and I know they won’t just leave us hanging

Little Mix is such a safe space for me, in a world where music has become quite often only a way to earn money and fame, Jade, Leigh-Anne and Perrie have proved that there is hope for humans to grow mature through music: their kindness, the genuineness they release it's the best feeling ever. They proved not only as artists the power of music through the lyrics of their songs, the message they share but also as women that true frindship exists, not just for the cameras and the show, that someone can find support and help to achive their dream. They are to me such angels, I do not mean to idolize them because they are humans, yet I have to say they are the most beautiful humans I have ever known. I wish little mix would’ve get the respect they actually earned, these girls made; monumental, incredible, meaningful, powerful, empowering, liberating, these girls really deserved more than they earned, BEST GIRL GROUP WORLWIDE and it lasted together 10 fkn years, hellooooooo, that takes ethic and they possesses it I feeel. From Puertorico, I love you little mix, your music went from the real steps of evolution, I feel they evolved musically, and everything like the last years of little mix have been to be some of the most iconic. Give little mix the respect they should have.

I remember liking their DNA album but it was their Salute album with songs like Little Me and Good Enough that made me bawl and really look up to them as role models. I’m really happy to see them thriving and doing well :3 I genuinely wish them all the best for their future endeavours 💕✨

I'm South African, 18 and I remember encountering Little Mix for the first time when I was in Grade 4 (10 yrs) and falling in love. I remember my bestie at the time budgeting for their book, we went to a book sale and it costed R70 and we split the cost for 1 book and we still share it. Little Mix is on the list of artists who helped me grow up. They lowkey grew up with me.

As a Canadian Mixer, I’ll never forget them opening for Demi, their first show being in my city and briefly meeting them was so surreal. I’m so proud of them and everything they’ve achieved. When I got lyrics from Wings tattooed, you couldn’t take the smile off my face or keep the tears from welling. These girls are everything to me. They’ve given me strength and courage and confidence. I’ll never forget being a 1D obsessed teenager who fell down the rabbit hole of UK X-Factor, leading me to Little Mix. Being in the US I’d make sure to watch whatever I could find on KZbin regarding the girls. I had a little dingy iPod where I bought only Little Mix songs (Wings of course being the first). Witnessing Perrie’s engagement, then breakup and all the other things they went through in real time feels like a different life. I’ve been a mixer ever since and truly love these girls so much. i been with these girls since the get weird era, and going back to see the birth of little mix and how much they have evolved now stuns me, they are so damn powerful and hard working and they deserve the universe. our girls always put us first, never left us hanging, for ten years straight, dealt with all the abuse from their labels but still went strong for us. i love these girls to bit, the fact that two of the women are mums now makes me tear up, they really are the best girl band ever. no doubt.

First of all, this is truly beautiful. I have always loved and respected Little Mix. All 4 original members are stunning, talented women who deserve all the success. They are truly Queens! I have felt this "break" coming for along time, the fact that Between Us was a greatest hits album with only 5 new songs was my first clue. Then they started signing all these solo management deals. That's when I started preparing myself mentally for a breakup. I personally believe it's a good thing. I mean they've given us 10 years and 6 full length albums with a bomb 7th album of greatest hits. I am also ready to hear them creating solo music especially Leigh. I just feel like there's so many things she can explore solo that she couldn't do with Little Mix. I want to see Leigh drop some R&B bops and also incorporate some hip hop. Like Fresh Leigh from Wings vibes as far as styling. I also need Jade to do some Diana Ross inspired modern disco music. Continue being the champion for LGBTQ+. And Perrie sis come outside and hit the stage. Perrie would be so dope on Broadway! I also want some ballad bops from Perrie. Last, Jesy keep coming outside! I'm waiting on that full album. I'm so grateful to have support this band the past 10 years. They proved everybody in the industry wrong. They went out there, and break records after records as a girlgroup. Seeing them win Best Group at the Brits was probably one of the best moment I've experienced as a stan.
